Adelaide West Physio + Headache Clinic is located on Henley Beach Road in Fulham, supporting people across Adelaide’s western suburbs.
We are opposite the Lockleys Hotel, next to On The Run, near the corner of Henley Beach Road and Tapleys Hill Road.
On-site parking is available, with access off Henley Beach Road for traffic travelling towards the city.
If you’re travelling from the city along Henley Beach Road, access to the car park is via Mackirdy Street due to the median strip.
